Treecreeper

Treecreeper (Certhia familiaris)

Small brown woodland bird that crawls up tree trunks like a mouse in it’s search for insects and spiders. It is often very difficult to get good close up photographs, many of these were taken from a hide. The nest is built in a crevice often behind loose bark. The 5 or 6 eggs hatch after 15 days. They often have more than one brood.
